I'm passionate about helping others achieve their full potential. Sometimes all someone needs is to manage their stress and anxiety. I partner with you to systematically reduce stress, fears, and anxiety by offering multiple modalities and tools that you can use in every day living.
I also love helping those that need help with their mental game in competitive sports or activities.
If breaking a habit or starting a new healthy habit is something you strive to do, I can help you tackle those as well.

I am perpetually curious, and love to learn. I have many additional certifications in multiple modalities. I am always in pursuit of professional knowledge and development. In March 2024, I completed and added an additional Mind & Body Psychology Degree to my resume. Always have the goal to further my education to actively help others.
I'm a true believer in the mind-body connection. I also continue my education in health and wellness programs in nutrition, plants, nature, and clean, well-test products.
